Pizza!

Sunday night I made pizza! I made the crust from scratch (flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar) and it turned out super poofy and delicious. We had fresh onion and green pepper on hand so that was what I used for the topping. The crust has a light rub of olive oil and parmesan. We use pasta sauce instead of pizza sauce for the sauce because it's about 1/4 of the price here. The cheese is "pizza cheese," the only shredded cheese they sell here. Our toaster oven is so small that I had to make two small pizzas.
